Juan Lesende

My name is Juan Lesende. I’m a psychologist.

I studied hard. Trained for years. Learned from giants. Sat with thousands of people. Built treatment centres. Taught. Listened. Helped. I’ve watched people fall apart, and I’ve watched them be reborn.

I trained under John Heider, who learned under Fritz Perls. That lineage runs deep: Gestalt, presence, and the courage to tell the truth directly.

I trained in Jungian psychology, exploring myths, dreams, archetypes, and the shadow. I studied human attachment, the mystery and wonder of our relationships. I follow cutting-edge research into the unconscious, that silent force beneath the surface that science is only beginning to understand.

But none of that matters unless you live it.

I do.

Intensely. Intentionally. Seriously.

I’ve lived through depression, joy, anxiety, dread, passion, and everything in between. Through the pain and glory of being alive.

I don’t ask permission to do this work. I answer to something deeper.

Psychology is not simply a profession. It is a path. A calling.

I walk that path as a mentor, scientist, and healer. I meet people soul to soul: bare, breathing, and real. In that meeting, we can begin to touch something deeper, something spiritual and alive in the present moment.

That’s why I built Soul Architects.

This place is for people who refuse to live on the surface. For those who understand that healing can be wild, that the soul cannot always be measured but can be met, and that living and dying are things worth taking seriously.

We draw from the old ones: Jung, Perls, Bowlby. We follow the pull of the unconscious. We listen for what lives beneath the words and learn to speak the language beneath the surface.

This is not just a blog.

It’s a forge.

If you believe therapy is more than science, that it is also art, craft, fire, and love, then you’re home.

We are the architects of the soul.
